Q.I already have a website or logo. Can I keep it?

Yes. We look at what you've got first. If it works, we keep it and build around it. Registering doesn't commit you to replacing anything.

Q.I don't know if I have a Google Business Profile. Can you help?

That's very common. We'll check whether a listing already exists before creating anything, and help you claim it or set one up properly. "Not sure" is a fine answer on the form.

Q.Do I need Gmail or a Google account to register?

No. You don't need Gmail, a Google account or even an email address. A phone number is enough. A Google account can use any email address if you need one later.

Q.What's included in the £50 a month?

Help setting up and looking after your Google Business Profile, a small branded website with hosting, a review toolkit, connecting your domain, and monthly care with a short report. It's a planned launch offer, and we'll confirm terms before anyone signs up.

Q.Are domains, email accounts and phone numbers included?

Connecting a domain you own is included. Registering or renewing a domain, business email mailboxes and a dedicated phone number cost extra, and we'll tell you what before you decide.

Q.Do you guarantee rankings, five-star reviews or more work?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise the work we'll do and that we'll do it reliably. How you show up depends on your area, your competition and your reviews.

Q.What happens after I register? Am I committing to anything?

We read what you've sent and get in touch to talk about your business. There's nothing to pay and no account to set up. You decide later whether to go ahead.

Q.When will invoices and the AI assistant be ready?

They're planned, not dated. We'll build them once the core service is working well for our first customers. Tell us if they'd help and we'll keep you posted.
